Upon completion, participants will be awarded Associate level membership of CIPD, further demonstrating their credibility, and enhancing their career potential.
With this Advanced-level qualification and sufficient experience, participants will be able to apply for upgrading to Chartered Member of the CIPD.

To gain the qualification, participants have to pass 1 assignment per unit (8 in total).
VILT – Virtual Instructor-Led Training (24 Months)
On Demand (Self based) (Up to 36 Months)
Most people complete the course in around 24 months, but if you need extra time, you can extend it up to 36 months with our flexible On Demand study option.
-CIPD Level 5 and/or sufficient years qualifying experience (evidenced by a CV review).
