To gain the qualification, participants have to pass 1 assignment per unit (7 in total).
VILT – Virtual Instructor-Led Training (12 Months)
On Demand (Self based) (up to 24 Months)
Most learners complete the CIPD Level 5 course within 12-18 months.
But if you need more flexibility, you can extend your study period for up to 24 months, so you can balance your learning with your work and personal life.
-CIPD Level 3 and/or sufficient years qualifying experience (evidenced by a CV review.)
